I bet there are thousands of fishbotters running 24/7, and the warden is probably focusing on them, since they are easy to spot! So did some quests, grinding a little etc.

Its very hard to blizzard to detect pixel reading, probably impossible because they would have to commit illegal actions on your computer to find out.
